Event Details
Women in Energy & Renewables Summit 2026 will take place from 13-15 October at Pullman Hyde Park, Sydney NSW. You can view the latest event agenda for the most up-to-date program details here. Please note: the agenda is updated regularly, so we recommend checking your session time before arriving in case any minor program changes have been made.
Before You Arrive
Before you arrive, please share your mobile number, any dietary requirements and, if you’re a keynote speaker, provide presentation slides.
Arrival & Registration
When you arrive, please head to the registration desk to collect your complimentary speaker pass. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before your session so you have plenty of time to settle in and have a coffee. Speaker passes are non-transferable, and speaker referral discounts are available if you have colleagues who would like to attend.
Please note
Professional photography is not provided, although colleagues are welcome to take photographs during the event where appropriate.

Presenter information
Refer to the section that is relevant to you:Keynote Speaker
For your presentation, please provide your slides in PowerPoint 16:9 format so the team can prepare everything smoothly before your session.
Please be in the room 10 minutes before your session, and keep in mind that your allocated session time includes Q&A. After your session, presentation PDFs will be shared with attendees unless you have advised us otherwise.
Chairperson
Quest staff will be onsite from 7:30am, with registration opening at 8:15am and the event commencing at 8:50am. Please meet with the Producer when you arrive, and they will provide your chairperson pack and help you get settled. A lectern and microphone will be available, and we recommend allowing around five minutes for Q&A within the session.
Panel Speaker
Your moderator will be in touch before the event to help coordinate the panel discussion. Handheld microphones and panel seating will be provided, and we recommend being in the room 5–10 minutes before your session so you have time to get settled with the group.
Panel Moderator
The Producer will provide panelist information before the event so you can prepare for the discussion. A lectern and microphone will be available, and handheld or lapel microphones can be arranged on request if needed.
Ends Nov 30
Roundtable Moderator
Roundtables are informal, facilitator-led discussions, so no slides or presentation materials are required. Delegates will rotate 3 times between groups during the 90-minute session, and we recommend preparing a few opening points to guide the first 10–15 minutes before opening the conversation to the group.
Assistants & Communications Team
Support staff must be registered prior to the event. Please contact your event manager with the details..
