With a background spanning network planning, renewable integration, and consumer-focused energy innovation, she has built a career connecting technical expertise with people-centred approaches to solve complex challenges. Laura is an Energy Systems Specialist at the ANU Centre for Energy Systems and a co-founder and director of the Circular PV Alliance, a not-for-profit advancing a circular economy for solar systems. She has led multidisciplinary projects in electric vehicles, Vehicle-to-Grid technology, and distributed energy resources, and is passionate about shaping a more sustainable and equitable energy future. Laura is recognised for bringing diverse groups together—across industry, government, research, and community—to turn ambitious ideas into practical action.

With over 950 people providing essential services for transmission and distribution network service providers, as well as renewable asset owners across New Zealand and Australia, Ventia is a leader in Energy and Water Infrastructure Services. Agathe is dedicated to supporting clients across the two countries to successfully meet their energy transition goals and manage their networks as critical infrastructure. Collaboration, efficiency and innovation are central to the way Ventia deliver service excellence to its customers and partners.
Prior to joining Ventia, Agathe was a Partner at Bain & Company and worked across Paris, London and Sydney for 18 years, advising private and ASX100 companies with expertise in Sustainability and Responsibility, B2B Commercial Excellence and large scale Transformation.

Jill has advocated for the interests of electricity storage in the UK and Europe, and for electricity transmission and distribution networks, renewable energy developers and CER providers in Australia.
Jill now represents electricity consumers on industry and national advisory groups, combining her expertise in climate science and electricity policy to support consumer and community access to resilient sources of clean electricity in the face of increasingly severe weather events.
